Our mission is to help mid-career professionals be happier at work because far too many corporate employees are unfulfilled, unhappy, and stressed out in the place where they spend the bulk of their waking hours. We can help them explore new career options, identify ways to enhance the job they’re in, or plan and execute a job change. We help our clients get clear on what they want; develop the confidence and courage they need to make a change; and plan their path forward.
Tackle the topic of the inner critic--discover how and why we talk down to ourselves; learn how to be more realistic and truthful with ourselves and be more accepting of our gifts, as well as our shortcomings. Learn how to keep the self-saboteur at bay.
This group is for professionals who want to be excited about their careers and jobs again; feel valued in their workplaces; want to stop bringing that career dissatisfaction home to family and friends. It doesn’t have to be that way and you don’t have to live like that.
Perhaps you’re in a job you’re comfortable in, or with a company you like, but you’d like to amp up your enthusiasm level. Maybe you want better working relationships, or you’d like to reduce your stress level. You might feel as though you’re not accomplishing much.
There are steps you can take to improve your experience right where you are.
Deirdre is a fantastic coach. She helped me approach the issues I brought to our meetings in a new way that helped me to achieve my desired results. Client-centered and extremely responsive.
I highly recommend Deirdre as she provides encouraging support while asking thoughtful questions that bring new insight and awareness!
Deirdre McGee is an excellent coach. She is fully grounded, confident and aware of her value without ever being arrogant. A coaching relationship is very personal and because I fully trust her, and she always treats me with respect, we are able to move forward in the direction I wish to go and fulfill the goals I have for myself. She opens my mind and heart to new possibilities and helps me leave my burdens behind me. She has helped me tremendously, not by telling me what to do but by helping me see for myself what needs to be done and how I might get there.
